As the west and its aid organizations play the rice seed market, the Kampuchea people continue to be the losers. While Asean, China, the US and other states vacilate between supporting Pol Pot and Heng Samrin, Sihanouk denounce the hypocrisy or dishonesty of government which ignore the people of Kampuchea.
