Hang Pheun joining the CIA in 1970 was arrested by the Angkar made on December 31, 1975. Pheun confessed that Saing Hing was a C.I.A agent. After April 17, 1975, Hing spread propaganda campaign aimed at provoking squabble within worker cycle and damaging wine and raw material refinery.
ឈ្មោះ ហង់ ភឺន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ហើយត្រូវបាន អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី៣១-១២-១៩៧៥។ ភឺន បានឆ្លើយថា សាំង ហ៊ឹង ជាសេអ៊ីអា។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ហ៊ឹង បាន ឃោសនាបំបះបំបោរកម្មករឱ្យទំនាស់គ្នា និងធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ាស៊ីន ចម្រាញស្រានិងវត្ថុធាតុដើម។
