Hang Bunthan, 33 years old, joined the CIA in 1968, the Republican Society Party in 1972, and the Development Society Association by having contact with Ing Sikhun in 1974. After April 17, 1975, Bunthan linked with network of Seng Veng and Uk Pheng so as to carry out an activity of convincing workers not to believe the Angkar by blaming that the Angkar forced people to work as animals, and also contacted Em Chea, working at paper factory, to set up a plan to recruit CIA forces in factory.
ឈ្មោះ ហង់ ប៊ុនថន អាយុ ៣៣ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨, ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ និង ចូលសមាគម សម្ព័ន្ធអភិវឌ្ឍនៈសង្គមដោយបានទាក់ទងជាមួយអ៊ឹង ស៊ីឃុន នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ប៊ុនថន បានភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែក្នុងក្រុមសេង វេង និង អ៊ុក ផេង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពឃោសនា កម្មករកុំឱ្យទុកចិត្ដអង្គការប្រើមនុស្សដូចគោ ក្របី និងបានទាក់ទង ឈ្មោះអែម ជា នៅរោងចក្រក្រដាសដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការកសាង កម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអានៅក្នុងរោងចក្រ។
