Uon Yoeung aka Set, chief of state commerce group, confessed that Hean, chief of rubber plantation screening section, state commerce, betrayed the revolution and worked in Nhem's network; moreover, he and Hean brought cloths and medicines to change for pigs and chicken from people living at Siem Reap province in order to prepare them for the plan to strike the party, and found out rubber warehouses and then destroyed them before they were exported to foreign countries by the Angkar.
