Three Russian ships each laden with 10000 tons of rice have arrived in Cambodia, and are waiting to unloat in Kampong Som harbour, Oxfam officials reported from Phnom Penh. Their presence confirms earlier disputed reports that Vietnam and Eastern bloc countries are donating aid which is reaching starving people in Cambodia.
