All Kampuchean men age 18 to 35 are being conscripted into the army by the Vietnamese supported government, according to Thai intelligence officers. Thai army scientists, prompted by reports of deaths amount Khmer Rouge guerrillas from Vietnam's alleged use of poisons have found traces of cyanide in samples of water.
