Uk Samoeun aka Phin, confessed that Suong, chief of division 450, was a traitorous network of Khuon. Khuon assigned Suong as deputy chief of new division, and also other networks so as to strengthen traitorous network. In July 1976, Khuon received a plot from the Labor Party of Vietnam from Sin and Nhem. And, Khuon arranged a meeting with Suong, Oeun, Voeung, and Man to set the date for being fought against the Communist Party of Kampuchea on January 1977.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក សាមឿន ហៅ ភីន បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សួង ប្រធានកងពល ៤៥០ ជាខ្សែក្បត់របស់ ឃួន។ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំង សួង ជាអនុកងពលថ្មី និងបក្សពួកមួយចំនួនទៀត ដើម្បីដឹកនាំពង្រីក កម្លំាងក្បត់។ នៅខែ ៧-១៩៧៦ ឃួន បានទទួលផែនការ ពីបក្សពលករវៀតណាមតាមរយៈ ស៊ីន, ញ៉ែម បានហៅ សួង, អឿន, វឿង និង ម៉ន ទៅប្រជុំកំណត់ពេលធ្វើការវាយ បក្សកុម្មុនីស្ដកម្ពុជានៅខែ១-១៩៧៧។
