Vietnam occused the US of «ill will» in pressuring the World Food Program, an agency of UN, to stop funding for an irrigation project in the Southern Vietnamese province of Tay Ninh. The official Vietnamese new agency said the US and certain other Western countries put pressure on the UN in aid to the Dau Tieng project.
