In Chem, secretary of region 7, confessed that he had indoctrinated Toek, cadre of battalion, division 170, to betray the party, and assigned combatants to flee to their homes, to assassinate cadres, to provoke conflict in unit, and to build up traitorous forces. Between 1973 and 1974, Toek and his network incited 17 combatants to escape to their homes and to shoot dead Yom, deputy chief of group.
