In Chem, Secretary of Office T-1, confessed that Sokha, Cadre of Industry Offeice, was a subordinate of Cheng, and took part in an activity of transporting milk powders and papers for a person called Sem. In February 1976, Sem sent Cheng 45 riffles, 35 cases of bullets, and 40 sacks of rice.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ីន ចែម លេខា ត-១ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុខា កម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរឧស្សាហកម្មថាៈ សុខា ជាកូនចៅរបស់ឈ្មោះ ចេង ហើយសុខា បានចូលរួមដឹកម្សៅទឹកដោះគោកន្លះឡាន ក្រដាស់សរ សេរកន្លះឡានយកមកឱ្យឈ្មោះសែម។ នៅខែ២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សែម បានបញ្ជូនមកឱ្យចេងវិញនូវកាំភ្លើង ៤៥ដើម គ្រាប់៣៥ឡាំងនិងអង្ករ ៤០បាវ។
