Y, [member of]Small Cell, Division 310, confessed that Heng Phann aka Phen, [member of]Big Cell Politics, Division 310, betrayed the party and joined forces to destroy the revolution successively. After April 17, 1975, Phen had the links with a new treacherous network with Yim, [soldier of]Battalion, Division 310.
