Ngan Thon aka Ram, Deputy Chief of State warehouse, admitted that he knew that Man, chief of Khna Sanday sub-district hospital, Siem Reap province, was a treacherous network, because Sann had told him. In 1973, Man killed Chhin, chief of Khna Sanday sub-district by injection, and then incited patients to revolt against hospital by causing medical staffs to have an injury in head. After that, Man persuaded 7 monks to flee to the enemy region, and took part in activities of burning down a big water pump, and medicine producing office of Banteay Srei district, and stealing pigs for enemy's soldiers.
ឈ្មោះ ង៉ាន ថុន ហៅ រ៉ម អនុសេនាធំឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ បានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនដឹងថាឈ្មោះ ម៉ន ប្រធានពេទ្យឃុំខ្នាសណ្ដាយ សៀមរាប ក្បត់ ដោយសារឈ្មោះ សាន់ ជាអ្នកប្រាប់។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ម៉ន បាន ចាក់ថ្នាំសម្លាប់ ឈិន ប្រធានឃុំខ្នាសណ្ដាយ បន្ទាប់មកបំផុស ប្រជាជនដេកពេទ្យឱ្យបះបោរប្រឆាំងពេទ្យ ដោយវាយបុគ្គលិកពេទ្យ ឱ្យបែកក្បាល។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ ម៉ន បន្ទាប់មកទៀត គឺ បំផុសសង្ឃឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង ៧ អង្គ ហើយចូលរួមដុតម៉ាស៊ីនទឹកធុនធំ មួយគ្រឿង ចូលរួមដុតមនី្ទរស្លថ្នាំពេទ្យកុ្នងស្រុកបន្ទាយស្រី និង លួចជ្រូកយកទៅឱ្យទាហាន។
