Ngan Thon aka Ram, deputy commander of company, Kilometer 6 state warehouse, confessed that in July 1976, Dan, registrar of external commerce, had joined the meeting in order to set a plan to assassinating cadres and devastating Kilometer 6 state warehouse, under the control of At and Maly; but, this plan was not successful.
