Since the begining of 1985, the propaganda machines of the Vietnamese enemy aggressors in Hanoi and Phnom Penh have clamoured about a food stortage in Cambodia. They said that this year's food stortage in Cambodia, was caused by drought and floods and appealed to the international community to provide food aid to the Cambodian people.
