The summit conference of Laos-Cambodia-Vietnam, held in Vientiane in February 1983, market new developmentin the relations among the three countries. The conference unanimouly pointed out the purposes, priciples and major guideline for all round co-operation, in which Econimic and Cultural co-operation is regarded as one of the most important purpose.
