Uch Phy, Vietnamese soldier at Tbaung Krapeu, Kampong Thom, joined CIA on August 16, 1974 at Taing Krasaing village, Kampong Thom. Moreover, Phy accepted the order from Chann Phy and Saray to clearly convince people and youths to revolt against the revolution in Kampong Thom town.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុច ភី យោធាយៀកណាមនៅត្បូងក្រពើ, កំពង់ធំ។ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ១៦-៨-១៩៧៤ ចូលនៅតាំងក្រសាំង, កំពង់ធំ។ បានទទួលផែនការអប់រំពីឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ភី និង សារ៉ាយ។ បានអនុវត្ដន៍ជាក់ស្ដែងបំបះបំបោរប្រជាជន យុវជន យុវនារីនាំចូលក្រុងកំពង់ធំ។
