Ou Khon joined the CIA in 1973 and the Party of Socialist Republic. Khon had a close friend with Pech Ban. After April 17, 1975, Khon conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren and Hang Pheun. Ou Khon convinced former workers that Angkar took children away to get their parents worked. Ou Khon broke water tube and disrupted the machine process frequently.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ ខុន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣, ចូលគណបក្សសង្គម សាធារណៈរដ្ឋ ហើយជិតស្និតជាមួយឈ្មោះពេជ បាន។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ អ៊ូ ខុន បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអា ក្នុងក្រុម ហោ ធូរេន និង ហង់ ភឺន។ អ៊ូ ខុន ឃោសនាបំផុស កម្មរចាស់ថាអង្គការបំបែកកុមារដើម្បីប្រើ«ពុកម្ដាយ។ អ៊ូ ខុន ធ្វើឱ្យបែកទុយោទឹកនិងធ្វើឱ្យរអាក់រអួល ក្នុងដំណើរការម៉ាស៊ីន ជាញឹកញាប់។
