Ou Eng Lang, 31 years old, liked the liberal regime and hated the communist. Eng Lang joined the Party of Socialist Republic and the CIA in 1973. Eng Lang contacted Ing Sikhun, a CIA chief. After April 17, 1975, Eng Lang conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren, Muong You Tech and Duong Davut. Eng Lang had a squabble with the local Angkar over the collection of personal property to be put into communal.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ អេងឡាង អាយុ ៣១ ឆ្នាំ ចូលចិត្ដរបបលោកសេរី ស្អប់កុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ អេងឡាង ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ និងចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ អេងឡាង ទាក់ទងជាមួយ អ៊ឹង ស៊ីឃុន ជាមេសេអ៊ីអា។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ អេងឡាង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ហោ ធូរេន, មួង យូតិច និង ដួង ដាវុត។ អេងឡាង បានទំនាស់ជាមួយអង្គការមូលដ្ឋានអំពីបញ្ហា ប្រមូលទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនយកទៅដាក់រួម។
