Eam Khoem aka Run, Cadre of Battalion, Division 450, confessed that Sokh, Cadre of Company, Division 306, agreed to conspire to carry out anti-party activities through his indoctrination. In November 1974, Sokh received plots from Doeun, Cadre of Regiment, to lure and mobilize soldiers to hold talks and persuade people and soldiers to get bored with the war. In January 1975, Sokh received plots from So, Chief of Kampong Svay Sub-district, to open the frontline. As a result, people were arrested in time of the New Year.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ាម ខឹម ហៅ រុន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៤៥០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុខ កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣០៦ ថាៈ សុខ ព្រមចូលរួមសកម្មភាពក្បត់បក្សតាមការអប់រំពីវា។ នៅខែ១១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ សុខ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឌឿន កម្មាភិបាល វរសេនាធំ ឱ្យបំផុសការទាក់ទងទាហាន ដើម្បីសុំការចរចា និងបំផុសប្រជាជន យុទ្ធជនឱ្យធុញនឹងសង្គ្រាម។ នៅខែ១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ សុខ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ សូ គណៈឃុំកំពង់ស្វាយឱ្យបើកខ្សែត្រៀមឱ្យទាហានចូលមកចាប់ប្រជាជនក្នុងពេលបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំ។
