Vietnamese-Cambodian cooperation in the grain sector, just as in other sector, has further developed with each passing day and has yielded fine results. Imediatly after the Pol Pot genocidal regime was smashed by the Cambodian people, many group of cadres and specialist of the Vietnamese Ministry of food went to Cambodia to conduct surveys and formulate plans for cooperation between the two countries.
