Um Han aka Narat, Chief of Platoon 2, Division 290, confessed that in 1974, Meuk Meas Snguon, working in Platoon 224, Regiment 222, Division 290, assigned him to contact people living in the enemy region. After 1975, Meuk Meas Snguon caught fishes by exploding grenades; next, the Angkar confiscated his booty. After that time, Meuk Meas Snguon provoked an activity against the Angkar's assignment by convincing combatants to slaughter pigs, ducks and chicken, while the pigs, ducks and chicken, had been assigned to increase constantly.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ំ ហន ហៅ ណារ៉ាត ប្រធានកងអនុសេនាតូច ២ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ មើក មាសស្ងួន អនុសេនាតូច ២២៤ វរសេនាធំ ២២២ កងពល ២៩០ បានចាត់ តាំងខ្លួនឱ្យទៅទាក់ទងប្រជាជននៅតំបន់ខ្មាំង។ ក្រោយមក នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ មើក មាសស្ងួន យកគ្រាប់បែកដៃទៅបោកត្រីអស់ជា ច្រើនគ្រាប់ បន្ទាប់មកអង្គការបានដកជ័យភ័ណ្ឌពី មើក មាសស្ងួន។ ក្រោយមកទៀត មើក មាសស្ងួន អនុវត្ដផ្គើនសារាចរអង្គការពី បញ្ហាបង្កើនសត្វជ្រូក មាន់ ទា ដោយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យកាប់ជ្រូក មាន់ ទា ទៅវិញ។
