Khieu Chheang aka At, member of state warehouse battalion, Ngan Thon aka Ram, deputy commander of state warehouse company, Ming Leat aka Voeun, working in state warehouse company, Kung Kun, soldier of state warehouse, and Sok Sort aka Pon, member of Prek Pneou energy, confessed that Yin, member of Phnom Penh state warehouse office, was a traitorous network of At and Maly, and provoked combatants and cadres of Kilometer 6 state warehouse into having conflict.
