Khoeung Buoy, cadre of Company, Division 502, confessed that Saroeun, cadre of Battalion, Division 502, betrayed the party through Daung Sreng's indoctrination. In 1972, Saroeun received Daung Sreng's plans to destroy the revolutionary forces loyal to the Angkar, to build up the burrowing forces within the revolutionary lines, and to provoke squabble with people and soldiers who caused them complicated.
ឈ្មោះ ឃឿង បួយ កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សារឿន កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៥០២ ក្បត់បក្សតាមការអប់រំពី ដូង សេ្រង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ សារឿន ទទួលផែនការពីដូង សេ្រង ឱ្យកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ ដែលស្មោះត្រង់ នឹងអង្គការ កសាងកម្លាំងបង្កប់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ បង្កទំនាស់ទាំងក្នុង ប្រជាជននិងកងទ័ពឱ្យមានភាពស្មុគ្រស្មាញ។
