Khoeung Buoy, cadre of division 502 company, confessed that Phal, soldier of division 502 battalion was indoctrinated by him to be treacherous to the party and responsible for destroying the revolutionary forces by using poisonous substance and state properties, and building up expanded forces in order to devastate the revolutionary authority.
