Khoeung Buoy, cadre of Division 502 company, confessed that Roeung, soldier of division 502, was traitorous to the party and took responsible to destroy the revolutionary forces by using poisonous substance and state properties, to burn down houses, and to assign expanded forces to burrow inside of the revolutionary authority.
