Khlok Say, member of Office of Commerce Garage, confessed to the fact of Sen, Chief of Sangkat Kampong Thma Social Affairs. In 1974, At, soldier of Sangkat Kampong Thma was his mastermind who introduced him to Sen. Sen attended the meeting and received the plots from At to 20 sacks of salt belonging to Angkar to supply his traitorous networks.
ឈ្មោះ ឃ្លោក សយ សមាជិកមន្ទីរយានដ្ឋានពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ សេន ប្រធានសង្គមកិច្ចសង្កាត់កំពង់ថ្ម ថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ អាត យោធាសង្កាត់កំពង់ថ្ម ជាមេក្បត់របស់វាបាន ឧទេ្ទសនាមវាឱ្យស្គាល់ទាក់ទងជាមួយសេន។ សេន ចូលរួមទទួល ផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះអាត ឱ្យលួចអំបិលអង្គការ២០បាវ យកទៅ ឱ្យបក្ខពួកក្បត់។
