Tep Phalla aka Chhun, Soldier of Phnom Penh energy's direction office, confessed that Khuon appointed Monh as chief of Northern zone art-performers unit. Moreover, Monh was assigned by Khoun to spread propaganda on White Khmer activity and to kill someone working in art-performers unit, if that one would not agree to join the White Khmer. After April 17, 1975 Khuon assigned Monh to expand new party networks in state garment office. Tep Phalla didn't comfirm Monh's activities in detail.
ឈ្មោះ ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរចាត់ការថាមពល ភំ្នពេញបានឆើ្លងថា កាលនៅឧត្ដរ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំង ម៉ុញ ឱ្យធ្វើ ប្រធានសិល្បៈភូមិភាគ ហើយដើរឃោសនាបំផុសពីរឿងខ្មែរសតាម ការចាត់តាំងរបស់ ឃួន។ នៅកុ្នងក្រុមសិល្បៈ អ្នកណាមិនព្រមចូល ធ្វើខ្មែរស ឃួន ឱ្យយកទៅវាយចោល។ ក្រោយ១៧ ខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឃួន ចាត់តាំង ម៉ុញ ឱ្យទៅបណ្ដុះខ្សែបក្សថ្មីនៅមនី្ទរ កាត់ដេររដ្ឋ។ ទេព ផល្លា មិនបានបញ្ជាក់អំពីសកម្មភាពលំអិតរបស់ ម៉ុញ ទេ។
