Tep Phalla aka Chhun, soldier of Energy Management Office in Phnom Penh, confessed that Lun, Set, Lay and Vat, living in Kang Meas District, were former soldiers. Suy, secretary of Cheung Prey District, inspired them together with 14 other soldiers to flee Peam Chikang barracks to infiltrate into the revolutionary lines and carry out anti-revolutionary activities and then take over from the revolutionary authority in the future.
ឈ្មោះ ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរចាត់ការឋាមពល ភ្នំពេញ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ លន់, សែត, ឡាយ និង វ៉ាត នៅស្រុក កងមាសថាៈ បួននាក់នេះជាទាហានចាស់ដែលឈ្មោះស៊ុយ លេខា ស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ចលនាឱ្យចេញពីបន្ទាយពាមជីកងជាមួយ ទាហាន ១៤នាក់ទៀត ដើម្បីបញ្ចូនមកក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញ បដិវត្ដនិងដណ្ដើមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបដិវត្ដនៅពេលអនាគត។
