Seng Soeun, production cell of region 15, confessed that Moul, member of Chrey Loas sub-district, Ponhea Leu district, was convinced by him to betray the party. Moul took the responsibility for persuading people to back the White Khmer movement but to hate the revolution by means of spreading leaflets, grasping the situation of the White Khmer and reporting to Seng Soeun.
ឈ្មោះ សេង សឿន កងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មូល សមាជិកឃុំជ្រៃលាស់ ស្រុកពញាឮ ត្រូវបានខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់ បក្ស។ មូល មាននាទីឃោសនាឱ្យប្រជាជនគាំទ្រចលនាខ្មែរស បំផុស ប្រជាជនឱ្យធុញទ្រាន់និងរបបបដិវត្ដ ធ្វើត្រាក់បាចក្ដាប់សភាពការណ៍ ខ្មែរស ហើយរាយការណ៍ឱ្យសេង សឿន។
