Seng Soeun, working at producing unit in region 15, confessed that Seng, chief of Koh Chen village cooperative, betrayed the party through his indoctrination. Seng took the responsibility for distributing leaflets to frigten the people that the White Khmer was about to mount an attack to regain freedoms from the Communist Party of Kampuchea. Seng had distributed leaflets in Koh Chen Village which meant to call on people to join the White Khmer in running objection to the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សេង សឿន កងផលិត តំបន់ ១៥ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សេង ប្រធានសហករណ៍ភូមិកោះចិន ថា សេង ក្បត់បក្សតាមការ អប់រំពីវា។ សេង ទទួលភារកិច្ចបាចត្រាក់បំបះបំបោរប្រជាជន ថាមានខ្មែរសជិតវាយរំដោះសេរីភាពពីបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា។ សេង ធ្លាប់បាចត្រាក់នៅភូមិកោះចិន ដែលមានខ្លឹមសារអំពាវ នាវឱ្យប្រជាជនចូលរួមជាមួយពួកខ្មែរសប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
