Seng Soeun confessed that Tung, secretary of Battalion 119, joined the revolution along with Vietnam. During the war, Tung withdrew the troop from the frontline. When the collective asked for the removal of Tung, some suggested killing him but Soeun guaranteed to reeducate him. Tung built up more forces in an attempt to attack the party in the future.
ឈ្មោះ សេង សឿន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ទុង លេខាវរសេនាតូច ១១៩ ចូលបដិវត្ដជាមួយវៀតណាម។ កាលនៅសមរភូមិអង្គការ សិត ទុង បានដកទ័ពរត់ចោលខ្សែត្រៀម ពេលនោះសមូហភាព សុំឱ្យដកទុងចេញ ខ្លះសុំឱ្យកំទេចចោល តែសឿនធានាហើយកសាង ទុងបន្ដ។ ទុង កសាងកម្លាំងក្នុងសកម្មភាពត្រៀមវាយបក្ស ទៅថ្ងៃអនាគត។
