Yuos Chhit aka Chum, commissioner of battalion 232, regiment 23, division 290, confessed that Nguon Penh [was arrested]was a close friend and a Free Khmer spy of Sin Ping. Sin Ping had carried out the activities to convince soldiers and people to disgust the revolution since before March 17, 1970. Beside that activity, Chum did not know.
យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ ស្នងការវរសេនាតូច២៣២ វរសេនាធំ២៣ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ងួន ពេញ «ចាប់ហើយ»ជាពួកម៉ាក់ និងជាភ្នាក់ងារខ្មែរសេរីជាមួយ ស៊ីន ពីង។ ស៊ីន ពីង បានធើ្វ សកម្មភាពឃោសនាបំផុសយុទ្ធជន និងប្រជាជនអោយស្អប់បដិវត្ដ តាំងពីមុន១៨ មកមេ្ល៉ះ។ ក្រៅពីនេះ ជុំ ក្ដាប់មិនបាន។
