Seng Peng Heap aka Kok, Member of Company, confessed that Meang Chhan, Cadre of Company 41, Battalion 514, was a traitorous assigning network, since he had worked in Battalion 124 in Region 25. On February 17, 1977 he carried out the activity of destroying the office S-21 with Seng Peng Heap aka Kok.
