Saom Prum aka Prang, Working at Big Cell, Division 310, confessed that Saran was a former staff of Kampong Svay district cultural office, who came from Hanoi. Later, Tep made contact with Saran to expand network, and integrate them into the Free Khmer.
ឈ្មោះ សោម ព្រុំ ហៅ ប្រាង នៅកងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សារ៉ន អតីតធ្វើការនៅវប្បធម៌ស្រុក កំពង់ស្វាយ និងជាមនុស្សមកពីហាណូយ។ ក្រោយមកឈ្មោះ ទេព បានទៅទាក់ទង សារ៉ន ក្នុងគោលបំណងស្នើរើសកម្លាំងបញ្ចូល ជាខ្មែរសេរី។
