Saom Prum aka Prang, working in Big Unit, Division 310, confessed that Mum, chief of Sambo village, Sambo sub-district, Kampong Svay district, joined the meeting and received a traitorous plan from Nhem [arrested by the Angkar] to incite people living in base to steal guns. Meanwhile, Nhem assigned Mum to convince people not to trust the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មុំ ប្រធានភូមិសំបូរនៅ ឃុំសំបូរ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ បាន ចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ញ៉ែម «ចាប់ហើយឱ្យ មុំ បំផុសប្រជាជន តាមមូលដ្ឋានពីផែនការលួចអាវុធ។ ទន្ទឹមនិងនេះ ញ៉ែម បានចែក ភារកិច្ចឱ្យ មុំ ដើរឃោសនាកុំឱ្យប្រជាជនមានជំនឿលើបដិវត្ដ។
