Sao Sen aka Sophal, Chief of Group of Angkor Chey State Farm, confessed that Sao Seth, secretary of Koh Thom District, was former soldier under the French era. In 1970, Sao Seth took part in the treacherous activities along with Sokh, But Chamreun and Huot Se until April 17, 1975. After that date, Sao Sethi linked with the traitor and convinced people to disgust the revolutionary regime and cooperative and to back the demonstration to be staged in September and to collect food to be used for striking the party in September 1976.
ឈ្មោះ សៅ សេន ហៅ សុផល ប្រធានក្រុមកសិដ្ឋានរដ្ឋអង្គរជ័យ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សៅ សិទ្ធ លេខាស្រុកកោះធំថា សៅ សិទ្ធិ អតីតជាទាហានបារាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ សៅ សិទ្ធិ បានរួម សកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយឈ្មោះ សុខ, ប៊ុតចំរើន និង ហួត សេ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃ១៧ ៤ ១៩៧៥។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សៅ សិទ្ធិ បានភ្ជាប់សកម្មភាពក្បត់ហើយបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់របប បដិវត្ដនិងសហករណ៍ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យគាំទ្របាតុកម្មខែ៩-១៩៧៦ និង ប្រមូលស្បៀងត្រៀមវាយបក្សខែ៩-១៩៧៦។
