Yuos Chhit aka Chum, commissioner of battalion 232, regiment 23, division 290, confessed that Pol Thoeun was a student of Khiev Koma. Later, Koma introduced Thoeun to join Free Khmer and always indoctrinated him with Free Khmer's ideology. In February 1967, Thoeun was a spy of captain Thun. Khiev Koma assigned Thoeun to attend the traitorous activities with Suos Nan, and to destroy the revolutionary forces with Nut Sam An and Tauch Yong. Beside those activities above, Thoeun took party to persuade soldiers to work lazily and to disgust the revolutionary regime and revolutionary authority.
យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ ស្នងការវរសេនាតូច២៣២ វរសេនាធំ២៣ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ប៉ុល ធឿន ជាកូនសិស្សរបស់ ខៀវ កុមារ។ ខៀវ កុមារ បបួល ធឿន អោយចូលខ្មែរសេរី និងអប់រំ ពីគំនិតខ្មែរសេរីរហូត។ ខែ២-១៩៦៧ ធឿ្វ ធើ្វជាគិញអោយសក្ដិ៣ ធុន។ ខៀវ កុមារ បានឧទេ្ទសនាម ធឿន អោយមករួមសកម្មភាព ក្បត់ជាមួយ សួស ណាន ធើ្វសកម្មភាពបំផ្លញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដជាមួយ នុត សំអាន និងតូច យ៉ុន។ ក្រៅពីសកម្មភាពខាងលើនេះ ធឿន បានដើរឃោសនា អោយយុទ្ធជនខ្ជិលធើ្វពលកម្ម ស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនអោយស្អប់របបរដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដ។
