After being sent to fight and die on the battlefield, back home in your village the Vietnamese enemy has barbarously intensified its crime by massacring our people...your parent, wives, children and relatives in particular... with toxic chemicals. After using toxic chemicals to massacre 959 inhabitants in Kampot and Takeo Province in March 1987.
