There is a growing restlessness among the 260,000 Cambodian refugees living along the Thai-Cambodian border with security and social condition deteriorating in site 2, by far the largest camps just North of the Thai border town of Aranyaprathet, and refugees in site 8, to the south, kicking against the regime of their Khmer Rouge administrators, and increasing number of Khmer families are trucking north to site B, a comparatively model camp administered by followers of Prince Sihanouk.
