កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Phet Bun Lim joined the CIA in 1969 and was arrested on January 12, 1976. Hang Pheun joined the CIA in 1970 and was captured on December 31, 1975. Hang Pheun confessed that Top Mong joined the CIA in 1973 with Lach Hai, introducer, and Khuon Kandien, acceptor. Top Mong received a plot from Khuon Kandien to disguise himself as a soldier to stir up the people. Top Mong murdered three revolutionary soldiers at Chak Angre. After April 17, 1975, Top Mong conducted CIA activities with network of Tiv Kosith and Phet Bun Lim. Top Mong broke down a machine, and often cut off elctrical current.
ឈ្មោះ ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ចាប់ខ្លួន នៅថ្ងៃ១២-១-១៩៧៦ និង ឈ្មោះ ហង់ ភឺន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ៣១-១២-១៩៧៥ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ តុប ម៉ុង ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ អ្នកនាំចូល ឡាច ហៃ អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ ឃួន កណ្ឌៀន។ តុប ម៉ុង បានទទួលផែនការ ពីឃួន កណ្ឌៀនឱ្យបន្លំខ្លួនជាកងទ័ពឆារឆៅប្រជាជន។ តុប ម៉ុង បានសម្លាប់ កងទ័ពបដិវត្ដអស់៣នាក់នៅចាក់អង្រែ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ តុប ម៉ុង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងក្រុមទីវ កូសិទ្ធ និង ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម។ តុប ម៉ុង បានធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ាស៊ីនស្កូដានិងធ្វើឱ្យភ្លើងដាច់ ជាច្រើនលើក។
