Phet Bun Lim joined the CIA in August 1969. The Angkar made his arrest on January 12, 1976. He confessed that Bou Kheng, 36 years old, joined the CIA in 1972, the rescuing association of Electrical Staff, and the Party of Socialist Republic with Bun Lim and Kolap Samrit Seila being an introducer and acceptor respectively. After April 17, 1975, Bou Kheng conducted CIA activities through Hao Thouren and Tit Kung. Kheng spread campaign that the communist regime provided no freedoms with regrad to speech and gave no enough food.
ឈ្មោះ ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ហើយត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១២-១-១៩៧៦ បានឆ្លើយ សារភាពថា ប៊ូ ខេង អាយុ ៣៦ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២, ចូលសមាគមសង្គ្រោះបុគ្គលិកអគ្គិសនី និង ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធា រណរដ្ឋ អ្នកនាំចូលប៊ុនលឹម អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ កូឡាប សរិទ្ធិសីលា។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ប៊ូ ខេង ធ្វើសកម្មភាព សេអ៊ីអាក្នុង ខ្សែ ហោ ធូរេន និង ទិត គង់ ដោយបានដើរឃោសនាថារបប កុម្មុយនិស្ដតឹងតែងគ្មានសិទ្ធិនិយាយស្ដី ធ្វើការច្រើន តែហូបមិន គ្រប់គ្រាន់។
