Phet Bun Lim joined the CIA in August 1969. The Angkar made his arrest on January 12, 1976. Lim confessed that Long Koam, 28 years old, joined the CIA in May 1972 with Duong Davuth and Son Pol being an introducer and acceptor respectively. After April 17, 1975, Long Koam conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren and Hang Pheun to damage smoke-fanned machine and to break 10 glass-made temperature-tested equipment.
ឈ្មោះ ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៨ ១៩៦៩ ត្រូវអង្គការ ចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១២-១-១៩៧៦ បានឆ្លើយសារភាព ពីឈ្មោះ ឡុង គាំ អាយុ ២៨ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៥-១៩៧២ អ្នកនាំចូលដួង ដាវុត អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ សុន ប៉ុល។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ឡុង គាំ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងក្រុម ហោ ធូរេន និង ហង់ ភឺន បានធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ូទ័របក់ផ្សែងមួយគ្រឿងនិងធ្វើឱ្យបែកប្រដាប់ស្ទង់ កំដៅបេ្រងអស់១០។
