Phel Koy was lazy working for the party by signing foreign songs saying of destroying the old regime. Koy destroyed the new regime. Koy always said that we had a delicious food during the past regime. Koy was a free person of wanting to eat privately.
ឈ្មោះ ផែល គយ ជាមនុស្សខ្ចិលធ្វើពលកម្ម បក្សឱ្យច្រៀងរបៀប អន្ដរជាតិត្រង់ចំណុចកំទេចរបបចាស់ គយ ថាកំទេចរបបថ្មី ។ គយ ច្រើននិយាយថារបបចាស់ស៊ីឆ្ងាញ់។ គយ ជាមនុស្សសេរីស៊ីចុក ឯកជន។
