The Prime Minister of Kampuchea's Government in -exile accused occupying Vietnamese forces today of sending tens of Thousands of Kampucheans to their deaths in forces labor camps Son Sann is the leader of the Khmer People's national liberation front which, together the Khmer Rouge and a group loyal to former ruler Prince Norodom Sihanouk, forms the government-in-exile. He said about 120,000 Kampuchean had been forced without food and medical supplies into labor camps near the Thai border by the Vietnamese-backed government conducting " a new form of genocide "
