|
In the first semester of this school-year, students in Battambang and Kampong Thom persuaded 67 people led astray by the enemy propaganda to return to the revolution with 41 assorted guns and other war material. In the same period, over 2,300 students in the province of Kandal, Takeo, Kampong Cham, Battambang volunteered to join the Army. Among them 1,200 were from Kandal.
