The second series of talks between Sihanouk and Phnom Penh Minister Hun Sen were held in Heri IV lodge in Saint-Germain-en-Laye on Wednesday and Thursday January 20-21. They archived progress on the Thorny question of the Cambodia conflict that is now in the process of being settled. The two men decided to meet again in Pyongyang, is North Korea, at the end of April.
