Net Sophal, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Hao Seng, worker of textile factory T-4, was former deputy director of Pochentong textile factory, joined the C.I.A in 1970, and was appointed as a person who led someone to carry out [traitorous plan]in factory T-4.
