According to a press communique issued by the office of Samdech Norodom Sihanouk's personal Representative for Cambodia and Asia , Mr. Khieu Samphan, head of the DK party, informed Samdech Norodom Sihanouk that he found the Samdech's proposal excellent and that he would bring them up for discussion within the circles of the DK party.
