Net Chhon, Chief of Office of Battalion 113, Division 310, confessed that Pha, Secretary of Battalion 113, Division 310, Dy and Kaon, betrayed the party because Chev Chhon aka Mon was an indoctrinator and provided them with Chev Chhon's plots to destroy agricultural tool, to dissolve the previous plans set to strike the party in November 1975. The new plot would be implemented in August 1976. A strategic target was to attack the party up to 1 year, 10 years, 50 years and until the last moment of our life. [We]would do whatever we could to conquer the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ នេត ឆុន ប្រធានមន្ទីរវរសេនាតូច ១១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផា លេខាវរសេនាតូច ១១៣ កងពល ៣១០, ឌី និង ឈ្មោះ កោន ក្បត់បក្ស ព្រោះឈ្មោះ ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន អ្នកអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់ ហើយបានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ចេវ ឆុន ឱ្យបំផ្លាញសម្ភារកសិកម្ម រំសាយផែនការចាស់ដែល កំណត់វាយបក្ស ខែ១១-១៩៧៥។ កំណត់ទិសថ្មីវាយខែ៨-៧៦។ ផព្វផ្សាយ ទិសយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រគឺវាយបក្សរហូត១ឆ្នាំ ១០ឆ្នាំ ៥០ឆ្នាំ រហូតស្លាប់ ខ្លួន ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យតែឈ្នះបដិវត្ដ។
