People are living a reign of fear at Khmer Rouge camps on the Thai-Kampuchean border despite claims from the newly "capitalist" movement that it has changed. Nao Un has threatened to cut off food supplies tomorrow to up to 400,000 refugee camps other Khmer Rouge camps unless the movement lifts its veil of secretary and allows the Red Cross and other aid groups to what is going on, top aid official says.
